Up-to-date computerized systems for machinery management enables early diagnosis of machinery malfunctions and give machinery specialists all necessary relevant data to keep the problem in check, preventing undesired outages and especially catastrophic failures.

Turbomehanika has long-term experiences in maintenance, design and implementation of soficticated machinery management systems. We also spread and share knowledge about newest achivements in machinery diagnostics and management. Turbomehanika performs implementation of such systems on "turn key" principle, or based on particular requests of Customers.

System implementation consists of:

  • design

  • equipment purchase

  • field instalation ( probes, converters, kabelskih cables, ...) with all necessary mechanical work (machinery works, bracket machining, ...)

  • instrumentation cabinets production, testing and instalation

  • computer software installation and configuration

  • system testing and commissioning

  • system optimalization

  • Customer personnel training

  • long-lasting support during operation

 

Turbomehanika is GE Energy authorized Sales Representative and Distributor for the products OC-Bently Nevada and promotes its philosophy that, based on our very long experience, proved itself as the right one and enabled us to save a lot of machinery and huge numbers of outages and production losses.
We use GE (BN) equimpmet primarily, but we install the others manufacturers equipment, too ( e.g., we have experiences with Schenck )
